Holy Trinity Brompton offers a truly unique opportunity to bring native trees into an iconic area of London. The avenue leading up to the church allows for the creation of a wild pathway: on one side a vibrant area of 400 Sq m native woodland while on the other, a native woodland meadow of 200 Sq m.
This project presents a remarkable chance to provide a valuable green space in the heart of the city, enhancing the area's aesthetic appeal. This invites residents and visitors alike to reconnect with the beauty and serenity of the forest.

This young forest has been growing well, with an excellent survival rate. One of its most striking features is just how abundant mushrooms are in the forest - indicating that there is a robust, healthy mycelium network in the soil, no doubt helped by the wood chip mulch that was used to provide cover for the soil of this forest.
The mushrooms have flowered most abundantly in the shaded part of the forest, and done so continuously throughout the year, highlighting the vibrancy of this young ecosystem.
